SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Shipping Time: 

● Standard Shipping 5-7 business days 

● International Shipping 7-15 business days (customs may cause delays) Shipping Carriers: 

We ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS depending on your location and chosen shipping method. 

Shipping Rates: 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected item. Free shipping may apply on orders over a certain amount (e.g.,$300). Order Tracking: 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Incorrect Shipping Info: 

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened hair products (including wigs, bundles, or extensions). Eligible Returns: 

● Products must be unused, unworn, uncut, and in original packaging.

● Requests for return must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. ● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Non-Returnable Items: 

● Worn or altered hair 

● Custom wigs or colored bundles 

● Hair care products that have been opened 

● Clearance or final sale items 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: 

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email photos and your order number to royaldynastyhairco@gmail.com. Refunds & Store Credit: 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as a store credit within 5-7 business days.
